If you're having issues with your MPIN/Biometrics, you have two options:

  1. Clear cache and try logging in again.
  2. Reinstall the app and try logging in again.

You may pay your bill either through the dashboard you will find upon logging in by simply choosing the “Pay Now” button or through the “Billings” tab.

If paying through the “Billings” tab:

  1. Go to the Billings tab and tick the checkbox next to the unpaid bill you wish to pay.
  2. You have the option to either make a full payment or pay a specific amount. If you choose not to pay the full amount, adjust the payment amount by clicking the "edit" icon.
  3. Enter the desired payment amount.
  4. Click on the "Pay and Apply Changes" and/or "Pay Now" button.
  5. Proceed to the Payment Summary Page and click "Pay Now" again.
  6. Choose to sign up or continue as a guest.
  7. You will be redirected to the BAYAD payment page. Review and confirm BAYAD's Privacy Notice by clicking "Proceed."
  8. Enter all your payment details.
  9. Confirm your payment.
  10. Upon successful payment, BAYAD will display a "Payment Successful" screen.
  11. My Meralco will show the payment details screen.
  12. You will receive a confirmation of the transaction via SMS/email.

Only successful transactions will be charged the convenience fee. Failed transactions do not make use of MERALCO’s partners’ payment facilities, therefore the convenience fee will not be charged.

If your payment was made during our cut-off period which is between 11PM to 7AM (Phil Standard Time), it will be placed in this status temporarily. Kindly check the status again after 24 hours or wait for the email notification which confirms that your payment has been reflected in your account.

An official receipt will send to your registered email address after payment via My Meralco. The OR is currently not available within the app itself.

A service can be enrolled to a max of 4 different My Meralco accounts. The system will block the enrollment if the user attempts to enroll the same CAN and service to the 5th account.

To enroll another service to an existing account:

  1. Go to the “Accounts” tab.
  2. Click on the “Enroll another service” button.
  3. Enter the CAN manually or scan your CAN QR found on your bill.
  4. Tick the checkbox if you are the account owner or choose the relationship to the account owner if not.
  5. Complete the OTP validation with the code received on the mobile number associated with your My Meralco account.
  6. Once service enrollment is successful, My Meralco will show an “Enrollment Successful” confirmation.
  1. Go to the “Accounts” tab.
  2. To unenroll a service currently enrolled in Paperless billing, you must first cancel your Paperless billing subscription before removing the service.
  3. Choose a service that is not subscribed to Paperless billing. If there are multiple service enrollments in your account, the unenrollment will proceed successfully.
  4. Please ensure the password entered is correct.

Note: For SSO accounts, OTP validation will be required instead of password validation.
