Only Postpaid customers are allowed to register to My Meralco for now. Please wait for our announcement once Prepaid customers can register to My Meralco.

To view your bill:

  1. Log in to your account. On the dashboard, tap the “Billings” tab in the navigation bar.
  2. Select “View PDF.”
  3. Choose the CAN for the bill you wish to view.
  4. Click “View PDF” next to the billing month you want to see.
  5. Your electric bill will appear on the screen; you can download it if desired.
  6. Expand any bill to access previous statements.
  1. To apply for a new service, go to the "Accounts" tab in the top navigation to open the dropdown menu. Select "Request a Service".
  2. Choose "Apply for New Electric Service".
  3. Enter all necessary customer information.
  4. Select an Authorized Representative.
  5. Select for which Service Category and enter the Service details.
  6. Choose the billing address.
  7. Select appropriate discounts and value-added services.
  8. Upload the required documents and indicate your preference for updates via SMS.
  9. Your service application is successful if you see the prompt "We have received your new service application" on your screen.
