Rizal Welcomes Faster, Safer Application Process with eCFEI Program

With the effects of COVID-19 still apparent across the country, practicing safety is still a habit treated with utmost importance. In accordance with RA No. 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business Act, the Meralco Angono Business Center partnered with authorities of Rizal Province to implement the eCFEI Program across its 3 municipalities. This digitized program minimizes face-to-face transactions, allowing residents to opt for the safest and most efficient way to apply for electric service.

Binangonan

The municipality of Binangonan, an LGU under the Angono Business Center, implements the digital platform for electric certification. Mayor Cesar M. Ynares signed the MOU on November 2, 2021, officiating the provision of eCFEI to the municipality. The signing took place at the municipal hall of Binangonan, Rizal.
